    Players from around the world can compete for the Nike Academy places in Nike Chance. All the players have to prove their potential against top professional clubs and their watching scouts week in, week out.

    As a result of all this hard work, the Nike Academy has already seen 20 players earn pro contracts in just three seasons.

    Risk Everything is an advertisement campaign created for American sports apparel company Nike by the American advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy.

    The advertisement campaign, spanning radio, television, out-of-home, online advertising and print media, was specially made for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and starring well-known football players from national teams and clubs.

    This campaign emphasises the mantra of “risk everything”- taking every dangerous life-or-death chance to succeed and outshine your rivals.

    The academy has a revolving squad of unsigned under-20 players and is run with the intention of helping them find a professional club.

    The academy is currently based at St George’s Park National Football Centre and is sponsored by the Premier League.

    The squad is made up of released players from professional clubs and winners of The Chance, a football talent search competition organised by Nike and run all over the world.
